Our Policy

BOOKINGS:

All bookings are secured with sianmariemua by signing a bridal contract and paying  £50.00 deposit.
This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, this deposit will be put toward the client’s total wedding day balance if the client chooses wedding day services. Accepted forms of payment include cash or card.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED:

Makeup will be completed to the client’s satisfaction, and acceptance of the completed makeup application is acknowledgement by the client that the makeup is done to the client’s satisfaction.

TRAVEL FEES:

Travel within 10 miles of unity hair and beauty salon hook is completely free of charge. A mileage fee 50p a mile to and from the venue, this will be added to your total if it exceeds the 10 mile radius. An additional charge will be added per move of location in the morning of getting ready this will also be calculated in the mileage charge.

NON BOOKED SERVICES:

Sian Marie Mua and her team will not be providing services to anybody that are not booked prior to the wedding morning, this is so our artists can achieve maximum quality of services to those booked prior to the day, we do not compromise our work quality for anything. please do share this with your group prior to the day to avoid misunderstanding. this also includes no lending of stock and products from kits ie. lipstick, hairspray and setting sprays.

PAYMENT:

The final balance is due no less than 2 weeks prior to date of booking, unless discussed with Sian prior.  The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appear on the signed contract.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Sian Understands that cancellations occur for unforeseen circumstances, however Sian does rely on these payments for income so any cancellations made 3 months prior to event date will be charged at 50% of total, and anything under the 3 month mark will be charged 100%.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

If additional services or changes are requested after the initial quote which is signed and booked, Sian reserves the right to amend the final balance. These may include, but are not limited to, travel changes, assistant fees, or any other requirements that were not disclosed at the time of booking

LIABILITY:

All brushes, tools, and makeup products are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any allergies and/or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
